Even though dried chicken might sound weird it is possible to make chicken jerky! The special seasoning in this is Kuivalihakundi's modified version of the legendary Flying Goose Sriracha sauce. Sriracha Chicken's heat and spiciness is somewhere between Mild Habanero and Hot Naga but still quite a mild chili flavour. Our chicken jerky is made from the high-quality chicken breast which we thinly slice and begin to succulently marinade in our own version of Sriracha.
